#Subdural hematoma
Patients presents with headache, altered sensorium*** in the setting of ***, found to have acute subdural hematoma. Acute symptomatic SDH is a neurologic emergency that may require NSGY management, especially if (but not limited to) clot ≥10mm, midline shift ≥5mm, GCS decrease by 2 or more, and neurologic compromise. If nonoperative, q6 f/u NCHCT and frequent neuro checks x24hr.
