    - Serum: CBC, CMP, INR, BCx x2. Consider Uric acid, A1c, HIV, ESR, CRP per clinical scenario

    - XR of joint, additional imaging per orthopedics
    - Empiric abx: Consider Vancomycin Ceftriaxone
