- Past workup:
- CBC w/ diff, CMP, Lactate, INR
- HIV, ESR, CRP, ANA, RF, SPEP, EBV, LDH, CK, appropriate TB evaluation
- Hep A, B, C, serologies if LFT abnormalities
- CXR, UA/UCx, BCx x2
- CT Chest, A/P
