Dx
- NIHSS score ***, GCS ***
- INR, CBC, Glucose FS
- EKG, Tele, consider TTE
Tx
- SBP Goal <140 (Nicardipine preferred), outpt SBP goal <130
- Head of the bed to 30 degrees
- ICU for q1h neuro checks
- SCD
