If PTH low (consider ordering PTHrP, 25D and 1,25D), ddx includes malignancy, Vitamin D toxicity, granulomatous disease, Drugs, Milk alkali, Thyrotoxicosis, and Immobilization.
- Corrected Calcium = Measured + (4-albumin)
- CBC, CMP, Albumin
- s/p *** L IVF. If refractory, consider furosemide, calcitonin, and bisphosphonates
